How to spot some of them?

One of the most popular twitter bot hubs is David Jones (DavidJoBrexit)

If an account comes across as overbearingly patriotic, Union Jack avatar shouting

"THE PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN!"

Chances are its a bot
Here is what David Jones look like

You will find him usually at the very bottom of trolls and bot follower list

If the account is more than 3 years old, you may need to dig.
Today we came across 3 of them in this @Independent tweet.

the 1st was dead easy to spot

The 2nd, had to scroll down its follower list a little

And the 3rd needed a lot of scrolling down the followers list

be aware, they are here to destroy us and our way of life for Putin and co

They are not Brits, they spoof accounts that bare no resemblance to the person running the account
