Racism evolves and is therefore a very difficult problem to solve. "The Patriarchy" is a different matter. It can't easily evolve.

A 'patriarchal' system that serves the lineage can evolve. Paternalism can too. But a conspiracy of men against women is not evolutionarily viable.
An individual person is a woman. But as a member of a lineage, the person is just slightly more woman than man.

Her genes have spent equal time in male and female bodies and will in the future. The exception is genes on her 2 X chromosomes which have been female 2/3 of the time.
For a man it is slightly different.

His genes have spent equal time male and female, except those on his single X chromosome (2/3 time female) and single Y chromosome (full time male).
This is probably why the Y chromosome is largely empty of protein coding genes. Were the Y chromosome genetically active, it would likely evolve to support patriarchy of the sort commonly aledged to exist by people in the social justice world.
Instead, the rest of the genome appears to have largely neutralized the Y beyond the one gene ( SRY or TDL) that switches the developmental program male.

Good bet the force that shut down the Y was sexual selection acting through female choice.
