Closing arguments this morning in the U.N. corruption case, and the government still has not publicly released a single exhibit shown to the jury.

This is unacceptable for a public trial that almost has concluded, @SDNYnews.

I’ll report more info when available. 🔽

My story published earlier today after the government's summation. I'll have an update soon with the case going to the jury.…
Update on the public access: Many - though not all - of the exhibits are now publicly available.

Here's a picture of defendant Chi Ping Patrick Ho shaking hands with Uganda's autocrat Yoweri Museveni, who's held power since 1986. At right, Ho gazes at Ugandan oil fields map.
According to testimony, Ho held a meeting to seek an oil deal in Chad in Trump World Tower. Prosecutors entered these photos of the building into evidence as well as the purchase agreement for unit 78B.

The govt has not yet released that agreement shown in court.
Correction: That was a photo of Ho shaking hands with Ugandan foreign minister: Sam Kutesa.

This is a photo of Ho shaking hands with Museveni. Regret the error.
