Cohen's lawyer just alerted the court that their claim in their sentencing memo that Cohen had paid $6 million in taxes during the years at issue in the case was wrong. It was actually $1.9 million. They regret the error.

The SDNY US Attorney's Office and special counsel's office — the two offices prosecuting cases in which Cohen has pleaded guilty — are due to submit their own sentencing memos by 5 p.m. today.
