The Court gives short shrift to UK govt’s rather lame objections that this was a hypothetical question. The Court rules this is relevant by clarifying the options to MPs who must vote on whether to ratify the withdrawal agreement.
The Court also dismisses the Council/Commission’s arguments that agreement on revocation must be unanimous. That, says the Court, would be incompatible with the principle that a Member State cannot be forced to leave the Union against its will.
The irony of this judgment is that it expressly recognises the sovereignty of Member States.

I found this an interesting passage in the judgment, expressly concerning #citizensrights when thinking about #Art50 withdrawal and revocation.
