On the #ElectoralBill and #NewPoliceAct as promised, there will be a Mega Protest should the Presidentfail to sign it into Law before the end of the year. It will be the biggest protest ever, beyond the control of @PoliceNG We are still asking nicely and bidding our time.

As we speak plots are thickening to stop @NGRSenate passing the #ElectoralBill by a simple majority. Money is currently flying about to by soulless dissidents. But can simple majority the override veto? Issues concerning the legislature must follow the constitution.
For those in mental shackles seeking to argue blindly in defense of impunity, note that SupremeCourt ruling in Wike V Peterside stated stricto censo that the use of card readers is a policy of Govt which can’t override the ElectoralAct that doesn’t recognize use of card readers.
Suffice to say that if the elections proceed under the current act, use of card readers and/or electronic transmission of results is an illegality. This is the kind of argument @OfficialPDPNig should be making instead of relying on tribunals after the fact. #ElectoralBill is key. 
This is the only way we can harmonize the rules during the electoral process without having some people taking advantage of the loopholes while the use of dysfunctional devices rob others from participating in their constitutionally backed duties as citizens of Nigeria.
