Market Performance Since Trump's Election
By the way, unlike many, I don't use market performance as a metric for presidential performance. It tells us something but not enough. Far better metrics are GDP Growth, Wage Growth, and Employment -- all of which are doing very well indeed.
Now some people might think I have changed my tune to make excuses for Trump, because the market hasn't fared so well this year. Sorry to disappoint such folks. I said the same thing one year ago when the market was setting new records day after day.

1. "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch"
It is the most hopelessly useless piece of crap in the Netflix series. The inability to fast forward or rewind is annoying as hell, and the interactive decision points are patronizing garbage.
2. I abandoned the sorry episode after about 40 minutes as I found it more boring than filling a form in a physician's office. If this is the entertainment of the future, I would much rather take up darning socks for amusement.
3. Could my dislike of this episode have something to do with the fact that I have zero interest in video games? Having engineered and implemented numerous mission critical software systems worldwide, I find it boring to match wits with mundane software programs.

Only in rabid socialist imaginations anything is free.
-- Public schooling isn't free. People pay through their noses for it in property taxes.
-- Social Security isn't free. It's people's own money taken and returned by govt.
-- VA isn't free. People pay for it through taxes.
As for the cutesy "free of cost at the point of service" goes, all consumer purchases all across the world are also "free of cost at the point of service" when people pay with a credit card. But only the dumbest of the dumb think "free at point of service" is free of cost.
And when the federal govt is running a trillion dollar deficit every year since 2009 (and don't you dare blame tax cuts because revenue went UP because of the tax cuts; deficits are caused by run-away spending), your credit card bills will have to be paid by future generations.

1. 2016 Election: A Liberal Paradox (in a few short tweets)
As you know, I respect and value all voters, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and others alike. I don't have the same view of party leaders though, and I loathe liberal mainstream media partisanship.
2. Now I believe "Russia Interference!" is a cruel hoax played by MSM and Democratic leadership on unsuspecting Democrat voters. Because if it isn't, then it creates a mother of all paradoxes for the Democratic base. Let me explain how.
3. Democratic base has been led to believe:
a) Trump won because ignorant American heartland yahoos voted for him, i.e. Republican voters are dumb, Democratic voters are smart.
b) Thousands of Dem voters were influenced by Russian trolls into voting for Trump or Green Party.

There's a funny thing I keep noticing. Really good stuff comes at two price points: *cheap* but you have to really do some digging, and 10x the price, and you just type it into google. Let me post a couple of examples in this short thread.
Fountain pens for a tenner google.com/search?ei=zigk… but it doesn't sing until you add ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr… total system cost below £15, and writes as well as anything you're going to come across. But the supply chain is fragile. Edge of a trade network, wobbly shipping, comms.

That is not correct we abstained from disrupting democratic processes, we did however hand the US public information repeatedly on #Trump's illegal activities which any other country would have used appropriately to disqualify him from any election.

We understand the frustration many have with #Anonymous. However given the failure of not only the US mainstream and alternative media, general public, and security apparatuses which are primarily focused on attacking us rather than listening, our assistance is rendered limited.
When you have both the #Russia/n and United States government obstructing and attacking us combined with an apathetic public only interested in celebrity voices; it becomes very difficult to stay operational let alone fight for the democracy of a population of 300 million.
