-What interesting stories does your client have?
-What interesting stories exist about the product?
-Why is the product better than others?
-What stories are there about the company?
Also...
It's your job as a copywriter to write these in an influential way, but your client knows a lot more about the product than you currently do
-Example: 50 year old business owner with a minimum $3m net worth
-What is their biggest pain?
-What keeps them awake at night?
-What is their biggest hope and dream?
-Who are their top 5 competitors in the market
-What does each one do the best? (or better than your client)
-What are the most common misconceptions in the market?
-Make a cheat sheet of these questions
-Customize them to fit your business
-Go over them with your next client
-Use them to QUALIFY your client (they may not be a fit for you in the end)
