1. An update on CBSA's attempts to remove Hamdan, online ISIS supporter who was ordered deported last October for being a danger to the security of Canada. globalnews.ca/news/4599469/r…
2. Recall, he has been refusing to cooperate with the deportation process. He has also filed 4 appeals to the courts. globalnews.ca/news/4649232/b…
3. Jordan has now agreed to let him return on the strength of his expired passport. (He has refused to cooperate with CBSA's attempt to get him to sign the papers to get a new one.)
4. Meanwhile, the court rejected two of his appeals and agreed to hear two of them. 
5. Tomorrow he is going to court to argue he shouldn't be deported because of the two appeals the court said it will entertain. If he loses, the CBSA intends to remove him within a month.
6. This is apparently what it takes to deport a non-Canadian whom the courts have said lied his way into Canada and used his time here to help the ISIS propaganda machine.
