When he says [time to start looking....], this is saying that it is time to expose to the public (start looking) the REAL COLLUSION. Mueller>Declas>IG>TRUTH>Justice.

I still FIRMLY believe that Mueller has been digging into the U1 (Mueller has inside knowledge) and the collusion of [HRC/CF/DNC] with the Russians in relation to interference into the 2016 Presidential Election. This is why I think the Mueller report has to be 1st. #QAnon

Here is how I think this will play out.
* Mueller Report- #Demos go crazy and start screaming at the sky and we give them a short time to get their narrative out in front of the public. Obstruction, will certainly be part of that narrative. But we let them talk/deny on-record.

When the time is EXACTLY right...
* DECLAS happens. ALL IS EXPOSED. The insurance plan, the collusion, the spying, the private comms, who ordered, who knew, Five Eyes usage (UNOFFICIAL), the treason- FULL EXPOSURE

Then I think that we will move more quickly, because everything will be in the open.
* IG Report drops- this will include the Huber investigation and the 'other' investigation (Arkansas). This is where things will get real. [ALL] will be covered in detail in the IG/Huber report.

With no where to hide, no way to spin, no defense for their actions, the rats will be jumping ship like crazy. The msm will be forced to cover this or they will go down with the ship. Many will choose [the easy way out].
