Cohen's attorney, Lanny Davis, said late Wednesday that his client had asked a previous attorney to talk with Giuliani and 2 other lawyers representing the president about the possibility of a pardon in the weeks after FBI agents raided his home and office last year.
Davis's statement would appear to directly contradict testimony Cohen gave before the House Oversight and Reform Committee last week, during which he denied ever seeking a pardon from the president.
“I have never asked for, nor would I accept, a pardon from Mr. Trump," Cohen told the committee.

A new Gallup poll released last week shows that while most Americans favor Israel in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (59 percent to 21 percent), net sympathy for Israel is declining dramatically among liberal Democrats.
Since 2013-2016, “the percentage who sympathize more with Israel minus those sympathizing more with the Palestinians” has gone from +17 to +3. In other words, Palestinians are replacing Israelis in the hearts of the party’s base.

What is surprising is the extent to which her narrative consists of complaints about the intolerance, racism, inequity, and filth that she found when she came to the United States, and since.
Gratitude, for the country and the people who saved and welcomed her family, is largely absent from her telling.
