I commend Nunes and others for filing lawsuits but it takes time. Jack and Mark Zuckerberg operate two of the largest law firms in California right in their own headquarters buildings, not even considering their outside counsel. It's a slow process...

Tech entrepreneurs are good at litigation because it comes with the territory. Dating back to the original .com boom and even before, it has been protocol for top tech companies to try to sue each other out of business so they're good at dealing with litigation.

Eventually after discovery and tons of witness depositions etc., defendants can ultimately propose things like "algorithm changes" that will be equally as opaque as what you're dealing with now. When the social network I used to run got in to patent litigation the attorneys used

to talk to us about "changing a few steps in the method" of certain processes, that it would defeat any claims that had been made and ultimately this is how you can expect civil litigation against Twitter and Facebook to culminate as well. Why? Not being negative at all, it's

just how the industry operates. Ask anyone with experience.

Meanwhile I'm sorry to say it, the abuses against conservatives is probably only going to get worse. I'd like to be optimistic but, things do seem to be headed in that direction.

What we should really do is organize...instead of expecting they are going to change any time soon..

BTW I didn't tag Praying Medic on purpose. Who knows how accounts are being grouped together and flagged for deletion at TWT HQ...

Don't mean to offend anyone..I don't claim to know everything about everything but, in this area I do have a good deal of experience. Always interested to hear everyone's thoughts...
