In his book, McCain doesn’t mention Glenn Simpson, the source of the dossier that he passed to Comey and that Kramer peddled to the media and to GOP lawmakers. Key details of the dossier are omitted, even though the facts were well-known at the time the book was written.
Unfortunately Trump’s petty remarks obscure the serious questions about the role of McCain and his advisors in distributing the dossier and McCain’s inflammatory post-election interviews about Trump and Russia. It’s our duty to find out exactly what went down in 2016-17...
It’s not necessarily about Trump - the Russian interference/collusion scam has roiled the country for 2 years and imposed harsh consequences on innocent people. Finding the truth isn’t inappropriate or disrespectful; it’s absolutely necessary. Anyone who’s covered this scandal...
And now ignores or downplays McCain’s role -for whatever reason - isn’t doing the full story justice. So even though my coverage has already angered some people, it’s crucial that all the facts and the entire context of everyone’s participation in this scandal be exposed.
