3. to know the Russians were committing a felony soliciting the commission of a felony campaign finance violation in violation of 52 USC 30121. The failure of Trump campaign attendees to report that was a clear federal crime.

4. So even if Barr can sustain his view that Mueller lacked support for a "conspiracy" charge, Trump Campaign not reporting June 9, 2016 meeting then actively concealing it was a felony and, IMO, likely obstruction too but unrelated to Mueller's specific referral. May be SDNY.
5. Barr makes it sound like Mueller missed that. I therefore conclude high likelihood Barr is engaged in obstruction and conspiracy and the person he should fear most is Bob Mueller. The second is @SpeakerPelosi. Third is @RepJerryNadler. #ImpeachBarr
