• I’m calling Bayer in simply bc they may want to know

• WAS THERE FED FUNDING?

This is tragically wrong.
I've been writing about the #ElectoralCollege since, well, college.
It's a relic of America's slave-owning past. It gives some voters a full vote--VT, IA, WY--& others--CA, PA. NY, TX--a quarter of a vote.
It must be abolished.
White men love to rush to the defense of the #ElectoralCollege with "it's in the Constitution!" So was slavery, but we got rid of that, too.

The EC no longer has any function except to protect Republicans from blaclk voters--which is, ironically, it's original function.
The GOP wants to maintain the #ElectoralCollege because only Democrats ever get screwed by it. As America gets more "color," those little white states where one person does equal one vote are vital, versus states that are majority minority.
That's why the EC has to go: fairness.

I wonder if @LeedsCC_News and @cllrjudithblake could explain why Article 11 of the Human Rights Act, right to freedom of assembly and association, no longer applies to women. On what grounds are they denying @Womans_Place_UK this right?
The @EHRC need to investigate. According to their guide for public authorities, "Where possible, a public authority should try to ensure that its policies or decisions facilitate peaceful protest and do not interfere with someone’s freedom of peaceful assembly and association."
"If a public authority does decide that it is necessary to interfere with someone’s Article 11 rights, it will need to make sure that the policy or action is necessary, pursues one of the recognised legitimate aims and is proportionate to that aim."
