Your friendly Sunday morning reminder: just because you don’t like a newspaper it does not then mean you should dismiss and ignore a sourced and reported news story within it, even if it’s about your preferred political party 💁♀️
And just because you believe that some bigotries do not get as much as coverage as others, it does not then follow that news stories about - oh, just say - antisemitism on the left should be dismissed with a “Yeah BUT ....”
Doing any or all of the above comes from a position of privilege. Facts are facts, bigotries are bigotries. Hope that helps!
