Question for any members of @SenateApprops - especially @SenFeinstein :

as the Mueller report/grand jury transcripts likely contain information on the breach of CA voter roll data by Russian agents in the 2015 SMARTech breach of the GOP voter files...

has AG Barr informed state AGs of the existence of this information? Or has Barr requested the released any of these transcripts, or at minimum, the unredacted Mueller team report to any state AGs, as is clearly permitted by Title III, Rule 6(e)(3)(D)(iii))

'Cause if Barr is sitting on evidence that addresses how, in contravention of CA state law, the GOP allowed CA voter records to be exfiltrated and transferred overseas to a hostile foreign power...

that's pretty bad.

I'd love to see any members of @SenateApprops address this issue directly with AG Barr in tomorrow's hearing;

most notably, they could ask if state AGs have been notified of any findings that may not be prosecutable under federal law but could be violations of state law?

Has anyone from DOJ contacted @AGBecerra any of the other states that have regulations surrounding offshoring voter files regarding any evidence obtained during the Mueller investigation surrounding millions of CA voter records that were exfiltrated by Russian agents in 2015?

If not, I think it's time for @AGBecerra, @KwameRaoul, @AGJepsen, and @NewYorkStateAG to look into what happened in Chattanooga in 2015, and to demand that Bill Barr releases the full Mueller report to inform investigations into state crimes.
