@tribelaw What if an indictment of Assange for election related offenses has *already* been filed, under seal, at the same time as the indictment of Stone ? What if they were 'twin' indictments, each buttressing the other ? +
@tribelaw What if that Assange indictment, brought by the SCO and handed to either the DC USA's office or EDVA USA, has either been quietly withdrawn, or is about to be effectively quashed by operation of the Rule of Specialty ?+
@tribelaw Mueller's testimony, either public or private, will clarify whether such a sealed indictment exists, or existed. If it does, failure to reference it in the Assange extradition application will reveal a conscious plan to 'deep six' it via Rule of Specialty.
