Page 80 of IG Report: "The team also sought records from three different companies in an effort to track down emails Clinton sent or received on her Blackberry account in early 2009, before she began using the clintonemail.com domain."
Cont: "However, witnesses told us that these companies no longer maintained Clinton’s emails on their servers"

No other Trump official has been placed into so many key roles
3) On Jan. 13, 2017, Obama issued a last-minute executive order that altered the line of succession within the DOJ.

The action was not done in consultation with the incoming Trump administration.

Removed from the succession line by Obama was Boente.

Barr specifically recommend Jessie Liu for third-highest post at DOJ - AAG

Barr: “With her record of public service, particularly in civil justice and federal law enforcement matters, it is clear that she will be an outstanding addition to our leadership team at the Department.”
When Liu nomination fell short Barr expressed disappointment:

“She's been an outstanding United States attorney and would have made an outstanding associate attorney general. I have zero doubt she would have faithfully executed my priorities and advanced my rule-of-law agenda.”
Barr then announced that he was appointing Liu to lead the attorney general’s advisory committee.

Barr said Liu “will be an integral part of our leadership at the Department.”

John Huber is vice-chair of same committee.

Rosenstein thought McCabe irrational and/or criminal and took investigation out of McCabe's hands.

Result: No obstruction. Rosenstein/Barr rule no collusion.

Only place Barr invokes Rosenstein in his letter is on issue of collusion.

Rosenstein still there. McCabe grand jury.
I think Rosenstein found himself in an exceedingly difficult position during an incredibly chaotic time and simply did what he thought was most appropriate at that moment.

The next few months should tell us much more.
Meanwhile:
