The DOJ's war on dirty tax preparers continues, from small to large these guys are being prosecuted & flipped at an amazing rate. This one looks quite interesting & is out of Miami where a lot of dirty stuff has been revealed lately. #ButNothingsHappening justice.gov/opa/pr/federal…
At least $35M in tax fraud by setting up shell companies as charities to hide property his clients donated to the charities.

Wish I had time to dig on these 6 'charities' wonder why several are linked to Indiana?
The first one COMPASSION BEYOND BORDERS INCORPORATED looks like it brings in about $6M a year, with $10M in the bank. One site says it supports girls education in several countries. Wonder who is really collecting those grants? charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=…
There seem to be several different charities with the same name. Was the corrupt one hiding behind a real charity? Or are their multiple entities hiding under that umbrella? I can't tell but I have found addresses in at least 3 states as the point of contact.
The second one, National Outreach Foundation Inc., seems to focus on giving to Christian Churches & ministries. nationaloutreachfoundation.com/Home_Page.html
The 4th, Triton Charitable Foundation operates out of California. The point of contact for it, Greg Zolotar, also runs Triton Financial Business & Tax Consulting.
One issue I’m seeing is that for some of these there are different LLCs registered in different states, which can happen. But is 1 a legitimate charity & the other is the tax haven run by someone else? Probably, it might also give cover for the shady one to look like the real one
