Barr argued that Trump did not have corrupt intent in attempting to remove Mueller.

That's not an interpretation of Mueller's report; it flatly contradicts Mueller's finding of "substantial evidence" of an intent to obstruct on this issue. (Volume II, p. 89, pdf 301)
Barr just said that Mueller should not have investigated Trump if he would not reach a decision.

Again, Mueller specifically found that the OLC guidance was the reason he didn't reach a "traditional prosecutorial" judgment, but it was legally within his power to investigate.
Also, Barr's disclosure that there are "multiple criminal leak investigations" shows that his DOJ is seriously pursuing the "turn the tables" strategy Trump has been pushing.
Referral to Barr's previous denial that he heard about concerns from Mueller about his memo, Leahy tells him: "I think that your answer was purposefully misleading."
Sen. Leahy is now pressing Barr on Trump's efforts to get Sessions to "unrecuse" himself.

Mueller's analysis of whether this constitutes obstruction starts on page 111 of Volume II (pdf. 323).
Here's a question and answer whose significance will long outlast this hearing, investigation and presidency.

SEN. WHITEHOUSE: Is anonymous election funding a possible avenue for foreign election interference?
BARR: Yes.
Barr keeps insisting that his memo wasn't a summary.

Whitehouse notes that even Mueller described it as a "summary" in his letter raising concerns about it.
After Mueller submitted his report, Barr says: "It was my baby."
Whitehouse asks Barr if he has ever referred to authorized surveillance as "spying."

BARR: I'm not going to abjure the word spying.

Denying any "pejorative" implication, Barr calls it a "good English word."

"It was actually off-the-cuff to tell you the truth," he added
