I did rapid response for many years and for several presidential campaigns and I don’t remember ever putting out a video proving that my candidate said exactly what I was claiming they didn’t.

It’s bold, if you don’t care about the truth at all.
Sure, rapid response involves telling your story and your own spin. It should not involve making up your own facts or telling people that something true is fake news and just hoping they won't listen long enough.
I know it's just one thread, but the fact that they believe they can make up their own facts so much they actually included both the video and, in a later tweet, a transcript, that proves their claim false.
