Point blank, anyone who intimates threats or exhibits violence towards co-workers should be terminated, no matter what industry they work in... especially in the military.

Someone working for the military who threatens violence against any other employee or service member is effectively doing the enemy's work.

No questions: either put them in a social rehab program until they no longer pose a threat, or terminate their employment.
Also, I don't know much about military justice, but I do know that this is discrimination based upon sex.
It's time we provide victims the language and statistics to translate what are often perceived as "emotional" responses from women into probabilistic, factual statements that indicate the likelihood a behaviour indicates escalation.

These examples aren't perfect, but I don't know of any resources that currently exist to provide descriptions of acts of violence and intimidation as factually based rather than simple perceptions and 'emotion' yet, would be interested if any exist

But rationally, Feres should only apply to mission-centered combat- and training-related injuries and deaths...

So it needs to be codified that the principle definitely should NOT apply to any position where civilians are working alongside service members.
