Who are these people? Have we met them? No! Look at yourself. Look at all the stuff you’ve done.

Of course your self-confidence shrinks when you’re job hunting. It involves putting yourself out there, and how often do we do that voluntarily? It feels like you’re auditioning. Fine. The more you do it, the more comfortable you’ll become

Pretty soon you’ll take the view that if they can’t see what you bring, it’s their problem. It doesn’t make them bad people. It just means it might be hard to work with them. They self-select out of your orbit. That’s fine. You’re amazing and deserve to work with amazing people
