Biden in the Shredder
Kamala Harris is holding him personally responsible for segregation in busing she experienced as a child. She also blames Obama+Biden admin for deporting illegal immigrants. Biden also blamed for helping make Bush tax cuts permanent. And he is out of time.
I think Kamala Harris hurt Joe Biden by making that exchange about busing personal, but I don't think she helped herself. It is subtle, but it is important. You cannot make it to the top by playing up your victimhood. Obama understood that. Kamala Harris doesn't.

Here's the darned thing. Kamala's kill shot hit Biden right between the eyes, but it is not even clear what exactly was Kamala's issue with Biden. The important thing is the two of them seemed to know.

1. On Gerrymandering
Supreme Court has declared partisan gerrymandering "beyond the reach" of federal courts.
[So first of all, let us learn to pronounce the word right (with a hard "g"). I learned that from Reagan.]
2. Chief Justice John Roberts, who wrote the majority opinion, didn't just say that the two specific instances of gerrymandering (one Republican, the other Democratic) can stand. He said the federal courts are never to declare that any partisan gerrymander went too far.
3. Perennial Crybabies

While Democrats decry it today, gerrymandering was invented by a Democrat -- Governor Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts. Hence, "gerry"mandering.

More often than not, whatever the Democrats rail against today is something they created themselves yesterday.

Clarifying that I meant #Harris was right on her death penalty stance and that it is my stance that @CNN reviving this story is the pandering aspect.

One feels for the widow, but we are not served by the death penalty in a civilized society..
