Yesterday @emrazz, who I retweet daily because she thinks incredibly fast, has the clearest, smartest takes Twitter, and has no patience for baloney, said kind words about me. It felt very good. Who else makes my Twitter feed better? I'll tell you...
I value @yashar's tweets because his moral compass functions beautifully, which keeps him fair and open-minded. Plus he's really generous about sharing elephant tweets. And I really like elephants.
The tweets of @cmclymer are important to me because when I read a news story, and it doesn't sit right with me, and I'm not sure why, Charlotte will inevitably have a solid take explaining the hidden prejudice that I couldn't spot. She's able to see the world from every angle.
I'm grateful for @thereisnohurry's tweets because she's fearless, incredibly knowledgeable, has zero tolerance for nonsense, and doesn't back down when she knows she's correct.
I appreciate all of @mochamomma's tweets, but especially value her thoughts on education issues. She's the real deal, with experience to back up every thing she says.
I feel lucky I get to follow @soledadobrien. Obviously she's brilliant, but I also love that she holds her own industry accountable. I got to meet her once at the @mom2summit — she was just hanging out in the hallway chatting with attendees, making everyone feels like peers.
I follow @TheDweck because she's smart and funny. I read her tweets aloud to @benblair and then we belly laugh and marvel at how consistently hilarious she is. I don't remember how I found her account. But what luck!
I recommend following @TheRaDR to everyone. I learn a ton from her about the scriptures that is new to me, I appreciate her expansive view of faith and belief, and she encourages me to examine my own core religious teachings.
I'm always glad to see a @lingerie_addict tweet in my feed. Her focus is lingerie, which I know nothing about, so I learn lots of good stuff about manufacturing and pricing. But she also throws in great tweets about things like boundaries.
Of course this proud mother loves following @mimiblair - she goes to Berkeley and is spending her summer in NYC. She has internships with @BestMadeCo @supermakeit and @amandakingloff. Her tweets make me laugh.
