Footage caught on multiple cameras allegedly shows a so-called 'double-tap' operation in Idlib province - which Syrian and Russian forces have long been accused of.

During the incident, members of the White Helmets rescue group are seen arriving at the scene of a recent bombing to search for survivors.

But when they get to the scene, aircraft return for a follow-up airstrike as rescue attempts continue. #InsideIdlib

The ambulance driver, Mohammed Al-Shaw’wa, died after being hit in the second strike.

If proven, the so-called “double-tap” tactic - the deliberate targeting of first responders trying to save lives - is a war crime. #InsideIdlib
