Some Points for Physical letter which we can send to @FinMinIndia Sir @NischalShetty but i don't think its gonna be a Main Points for Letter, it just my Opinion.

1. First of all #bitcoin & other #Crypto has Monetary no value if it will not Trade against #Fiat its like Stock Market Shares So, They need to understand their Own power rather than thinking about #Crypto will kill #Fiat & #Banks.

2. Declare #Crypto as a Global #Commodity with following all guidelines of #FATF & #Sebi. Collaborate with other Nations & Give Licensing to all Indian Exchanges for work and AML, KYC policies. @Facebook @ICE_Markets @Nasdaq @CMEGroup @ING_news @Samsung @Microsoft working on it .

3. They can remove #USDT & launch their own National Stablecoin #Rupee and integrate into the Indian Exchanges for more Usecase & Adoption of our National Stablecoin .. The problem is, at the International Level they need to create some steps to reach regulations Internationally.

4. By Banning #Crypto you are avoiding huge number of Jobs & Innovations in the Country which can help us to create New Demand in the Country like-
a) Private Blockchain based Companies which have own Coin/Token can be next Equity (#SecurityTokenisation)

b) We can create a Platform for Fund Raising in the form their National Stablecoin #Rupee which will monitored & approval under Rule & Guidelines of Govermental Bodies. That step will help to grow new Startups with Less Paperwork .

5. Every problem give us chance to change in Opportunity and the @FinMinIndia can do this with launching their own National Stablecoin because Stablecoin get us a solution to Stabilize our Portfolio. And benefits Governments more than Citizen

6. By Launching own National Stablecoin internationally 1st time that step get more Attention to India as Crypto Growing Country & it will benefit #Rupee instead of #USDT

7. Sooner or Later public will know the concept of #OpenSource Software as Money and App. So, it is better to lead the market another in the Future Public will Lead the Market. People will no longer need Banks So #Focus on own Productivity such a #Rupeecoin.Tech never stops grow.
