Here’s what we know:

✅ More than 1,000 complaints have been filed about aggressive door-to-door sales tactics.
✅ Low-income residents and communities of color are disproportionately impacted.

There are many cities and towns that provide electricity to residents through municipal aggregation programs. Our legislation would not change that or markets for commercial/industrial supply.
