✅Both of his Secretary's of Tourism gave parade & promo contracts to NXIVM.
✅BOTH related 2 NXIVM members
- Claudia Ruiz Massieu, Emiliano's cousin, Carlos' niece, now PRI president
- Enrique de la Madrid, brother/friend NXIVM

There are reports that the NXIVM members were all victims of Keith Raniere? (Impossible).
Keith Raniere was part of a MUCH larger operation, USING the children of the elites.
