Live from Prince Edward - Riot police are now chasing a group of protesters who earlier set up a big fire in the area.
Police are now heading west on Nathan Road while bystanders are angrily calling them dark society. The situation is super chaotic.
Police are now at the intersection of Nathan road and Prince Edward Road.
Police and a family got into a heated argument in Prince Edward. Riot police blocked journalists from approaching them with shields and then cordon off the area. They are one pair of sisters and their elderly parents it looks like. #AntiELABhk
Meanwhile, people still keep arriving at the makeshift memorial to pay tribute despite the tension right around them.
This is at least how many fully geared police are blocking off one intersection and guess what, there are zero real protesters around...#AntiELABhk
Several police arrested one young man and then suddenly pepper sprayed journalists when we were all off guard. One female journalist was directly sprayed in her eyes. I got away ...#AntiELABhk
This is the moment they suddenly pushed us off the road then just started spraying us from a can. #AntiELABhk
Other journalists and bystanders quickly handed over saline water to help her but the amount of pepper spray was apparently too much at once that she couldn’t open her eyes at all. #AntiELABhk

After raising the blue warning flag at bystanders, riot police suddenly charged towards us and pushed us all the way to..the Mong kok police HQ. This is...
Just as we thought the night was over, another team of riot police suddenly charged back behind us, so we chased over and was once again, pushed to the corner by shields.
Following the last sudden charge, a group of angry protesters followed the police back to their HQ and started shouting towards the police HQ. #AntiELABhk
I left the protest at Prince Edward earlier than most fellow journalists cuz tomorrow is another long day of a lot of walking. As I passed the closed Prince Edward station, these four words were sprayed outside one of the entrances. #AntiExtraditionBill
And the intersection which was dispersed earlier were now retaken by protesters again. They were shouting angry slogans towards the Mong Kok police HQ.
And the group of parental volunteers were quietly standing behind young protesters, like all parents would have done. #HKprotests
