@inabster Conclusions & Commentaries - Jesus Christ of the NT vs Issa son of Mary in the Qur'an -
1. They are two different characters.
2. Jesus Christ appeared in Palestine in ~ 20 AD
3. Jesus Christ not the Messiah.
4. Issa ibn Miriam is the Messiah.
5. Issa ibn Miriam received Injeel.

@inabster 6. Jesus Christ was in Hejaz, he emigrated to Palestine to claim his David Kingship lineage right, he saw an opening for Messiah & he took it (like Sabbatai Tzvi in 1666)
7. Jesus Christ was crucified.

@inabster 8. Issa ibn Mariam & Jesus Christ are separated in time by no less than 300 years.
9. An attempt at harm, maybe crucifixion was attempted on Issa, it was unsuccesful as God protected him.

@inabster 10. As theology, Jesus Christ is a composite figure based on prophecies in the OT & the original Messiah Issa son of Mary, a fiction, Paul's Jesus.

In 539 BCE there was no Jerusalem in Palestine, Jerusalem was in Asir, Yemen.

It's therefore unsurprising that in his conclusions he'll skew his findings to accommodate for Jesus Christ the god at the expense of Jesus Christ the historical or prophetic figure, & he did just that in the last 4 chapters of his book 10.
