1. The Turks who are actively working with both Al-#Qaeda and #ISIS will never stop their threats against US forces and our Syrian partners because we continue to allow them to throw all #Kurds into the Turks' racist basket. The only solution is for @StateDept to de-list the PKK.
2. The #PKK has never threatened the US. We should recognize that the Turkish apartheid state has created an ongoing civil war and deal with the combatants in ways that are in the US best interest but using the "terrorist" designation as a favor for an ally is counter-productive.
3. When we charge terrorist violations we are able to prove an element of the offense by simply proving the person was a member of a listed group. But listing must be of a terrorist organization. Courts do not challenge the elements of the listing because generally they are met.
4. But where a listing is done as a favor for an ally because its policy of apartheid has resulted in a civil war the elements are not necessarily met. I have be waiting for the @StateDept to produce the evidence it is relying on for certain of its PKK listing decisions.
5. So far I have received nothing. The time has come to rethink our relationship with the Erdogan regime that has arrested teachers, journalists, our allied military officers and ended the Democratic rule in the Kurdish held areas. He ordered an attack on US citizens in DC.
6. Erdogan is a Jihadist. He allies with ISIS, Al-Qaeda and Iran. He is more an enemy than an ally. The Turkish people are our allies not the dictator in Ankara who commits daily atrocities in Afrin. De-list the PKK or at least have the courage to tell the Turks the #SDF are not
7. a listed US organization and the statements that claims they are terrorists are veiled threat against US forces with whom the SDF serve in the war against ISIS in NES.

10,000 YPG YPJ SDF died to liberate NES from ISIS. We fought with them and know they are not terrorists.
8. @StateDept needs to tell the Turks we have had enough of that talk and by the way we know the monsters in #Afrin are terrorist and Turkey's forces best stay far away from them because ISIS and Al-Qaeda have no place on earth to hide from the US Air Force. @USEmbassyTurkey
9. And by the way, ISIS re-surged in Iraq when the PKK was driven out of the area south of Erbil. That's just a fact. @IraqiGovt knows PKK never threatened Baghdad's sovereignty and were an effective ground force against ISIS. De-list them and begin the peace process.
