Corbyn's personal neutrality gambit in a #FinalSay referendum - how we get there is follow the red route in this flowchart. Here's how I've been told it goes, if it goes right 1/... 
2/ First off, if Johnson gets defeated in the Supreme Court is a bonus but not decisive. The real action is when Parliament returns. Vote of no confidence followed by interim goverment. Who is PM is irrelevant. EU signalling they will accept and Norway +/- type political dec ....
3/ Then we go straight to an election: there's not enough support in this HoC for a second referendum before election - that's just a fact despite ex-Tory converts...
4/ If the same forces that formed the interim government have a Commons majority, there'll be a #FinalSay referendum by March. If you want to stop Brexit (I do!) that's the only democratic way of doing it...
5/ but Labour comrades: listen up - it's one thing for the leader to remain neutral - but senior potential Labour Cabinet members are already committed to Remain, as are SNP/PC... the soul of our party is Remain...
6/ The long term future leadership, ethos and policy of our party will be formed in the struggle for Remain/Transform in the #FinalSay referendum - and for the Green New Deal to decarbonise Britain fast....
7/ What I'm saying is: our radical social democracy, and the alliances we seek in power, will be formed around the values we fight for between now and March. ENDS
