So I saw this & did a little research. It seems like Russia has everything to gain from Solinski/Ukraine pulling out of Donbas. But what would Ukraine get in return? Plus we all know Trump has been wanting to play peacemaker lately....
Of course Trump would be working for Russia & Putin. And we know about his conversation with Solinski & Ukraine re the whistleblower complaint. So what could he do to make Ukraine happy & want to pull out of Donbas? 
Plus I was stuck on the amount of $140 million. Where did trump come up with that amount? And then I ran across this year old article where the Hague ordered Russia to compensate Ukraine over Crimea’s & Ukrainian businesses that brought the suit to The Hague...
Those Ukrainian businesses wanted $140 million from Russia. The Hague cited with them but Russia of course didn’t recognize the Hague’s decision. So now we’ve got the amount…
I think Trump while trying to play peacemaker between Ukraine and Russia.. probably trying to take credit for the troops pulling out of Donbas... offered Ukraine $250 million for military spending & $140 million to compensate for the Hague’s decision
And all of this had to happen before Zielinski meets with Trump in New York... in 4 days. Basically Trump was the go-between for Putin and Zelensky... and wants it to be seen that he brokered the peace.
The Ukraine ends up with quite a bit of money and compensation for the Hague’s decision in their favor...and peace. Russia essentially keeps Crimea and war stops in Donbas. This could work in Russia’s favor to have sanctions lifted.
And Richard Grenell is in Ukraine. It could be concerning the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Or he could be there representing Trump (Giuliani & Pence have in the past).... all this leading up to Ukraine and Solinski coming to New York for the UN meeting in 4 days
Sidenote: if I got part of this right I’ll be happy LOL .... I also believe somehow Ukraine may benefit from Germany & Russia’s Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline or they may have been guaranteed a source for gas on top of the money.

Side note #2: we know Trump wanted Ukraine to find info/ dirt on Biden. We also know he withheld the military aid funds ($250 million) & the surprise $140 million. He may have been doing so to broker this deal into come out looking like a peacemaker
Side note 3: if the whistleblower turns out to be John Bolton… He was in Ukraine right before he was let go. He would be aware of all this. And he would be aware of Trump trying to get info on Biden & holding out on Ukraine military funding. Just a thought
