Also, I'm embarrassed to admit, I was a vegan.
I thought I'd live the rest of my life with my fatigue, and it was obvious that doctors were of little use in solving my problems.
First thing I figured out: start eating meat.
I began to eat a primal diet, whole foods with plenty of meat, eggs, fish, and dairy.
So I started lifting weights, and boy was that hard.
But I kept at it, and soon I needed heavier weights, so I joined a gym.
So, here I am.
