You see, people in this country are programmed to think in terms of single party majority government. And they're already misreading the coming general election in that way.

I mean, Labour aren't going to win 250 seats the way they're going. And then a sort of historic memory tricks them into thinking a Labour collapse equals a Tory majority.

Once upon a time it would. But not now.

Like I said, a Labour collapse could leave them somewhere around 220 seats. 40 years ago that would have meant a 200 seat landslide for the Tories.
But now it most likely means a hung parliament. Why?

Because if Labourt have lost so much support that they're down to 220 seats, it means they've gone to the extreme again. Which means they will have lost the greater part of their vote from the centre.

And where does the centre go? Does it become extreme and go to the Brexit party? No, of course not. It stays in the centre, safe and sane from the nutters on either wing.

Labour has got no chance of winning a majority with Corbyn. I mean, for fuck sake. It's a joke. But it's very unlikely they will fall below 220 seats.
Time was, that would have been a 200 seat Tory majority. But not now. Lib Dems, SNP, one or two oddments, 100 between them.

So. The SNP and the Lib Dems at round about their historic high - and let's face it, the augurs couldn't be better - Labour only needs 220 or so.
The Tories will be out, Johnson will resign, the Tories abandon Brexit, we get another referendum.

Either that or no one forms a government, and we keep having elections until these thick headed fuckers get it into their head that we don't want Brexit. Anyone's Brexit. Ever. that we don't want it, and we will not allow it.

And that is how we're going to win. Not by incessant howling because people haven't understood what they're looking at.
