Northern Ireland isn't the only consent problem with Brexit, it's just the most obvious.

"No Deal" meets NO reasonable test of the mandate of 2016, as you can see in this thread. In which case No Deal is NOT Brexit and is NOT compliant with Article 50.

What can we Prove in Law?
✅2016 Mandate doesn't cover No Deal
✅No Deal breaks 2016 Consent
✅Article 50 isn't honoured with No Deal

Therefore

A50 is withdrawn
Or we vote on "should we leave Northern Ireland to enable Brexit"?
