Sure, they can still draw up some stupid articles of impeachment on obstruction. However, it will be hard to sell since all Pelosi needed to do was hold a vote to stop the "obstruction".
The longer this farce drags on the more ground Pelosi will lose. Trump will continue to double dog dare Pelosi. The Dems won't get a damn thing passed in the house. Trump will run on the do nothing Congress.
