The last 2 days people have been tweeting out that Labour’s Policy is to campaign to Remain.
It isn’t - See Tweet 2

It IS to campaign for a PV with Remain as an option.

Jeremy Corbyn rally in Liverpool events.labour.org.uk/event/283916
This is Labour’s Brexit policy from their website today.

To spend 3 months negotiating a new LP Brexit then to hold a “second referendum” within 6 months with remain on the ballot but not supporting a particular position

But their policy is to have one

3/. One might hope that he will at least turn up for this rare and special sitting in Parl during the day on Saturday, signifying we are in National Emergency territory but it is hard to see how he could even attend for a whole day given the event in Liverpool starts at 18.30 pm.
4/. That event is actually labelled Jeremy Corbyn Rally.

Yet @TomKibasi seems exercised when people conclude Corbyn is a Brexiter.

Corbyn cannot even promote the 19th October People’s Vote March (party policy) but promotes another event 🔼 200 miles away to draw people away.
As @TrevorGreetham points out.

He was hundreds of miles away at another event at one of the last PV marches too.

This is deliberate. He isn’t even staying at home. He is drawing people away.
