./ Has there been a huge spike in homophobic attacks in Birmingham? According to a head teacher quoted in the Guardian there's been a 333% rise and it's all the fault (of course) of parental protests against Stonewall approved "sex education" classes 'No Outsiders'. Really?
./ Forget that this head teacher is using the 'evidence' as part of her bitter argument with protesters she's currently trying to get banned permanently from outside her school. This is the Guardian piece by the way: theguardian.com/uk-news/2019/o…
/ But where does she get her evidence from? That'll be West Midlands Police. They're so woke their Chief Constable in 2016 gave out free rainbow lanyards to members of staff so they could prove they were LGBTQ+ "allies". He "encouraged" colleagues to participate. As did ...
./...Head of HR. No pressure there then. What sort of virtue signalling plonker does such a thing? A cop-plonker I suppose. Here's a link to cops making plonkers of themselves. westmidlands-pcc.gov.uk/police-stand-u…
./ But surely evidence about hate crimes is all carefully calculated by neutral evidence-gatherers? It won't be influenced by a culture of rainbow lanyards and random wandering plonker "allies"? Well maybe not. It turns out the cops...
./ ..have been far from neutral about the protests. Here's the lanyard-funding Chief Constable arguing for the protests to end in May. independent.co.uk/news/education…
./ In August these same "neutral" cops reported there was a 100% rise in "homophobic hate incidents" around the schools. A hate incident you may or may not realise isn't a crime. Here's the link to the "scare" story. itv.com/news/central/2…
./ A hate incident doesn't have to be reported by a "victim". It can be reported & added to the stats by a witness. A witness like a rainbow coloured lanyard wearing cop for example. So who was the cop catastrophising to the press about the rise in "hate incidents"?
./ Meet PC Gary Stack. Chair of the Force's LGBT Network when his Chief Constable handed out those silly lanyards, & much lauded by Stonewall. Here he is speaking out "neutrally" about rising hate incidents. birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-…
./ And here he is is speaking out during LGBT History Month on the West Midlands Police website about his campaigning on LGBTQ+ rights. west-midlands.police.uk/news/humansofw…
./ Does Gary (or his Network of LGBTQ+ mates within the force) unwittingly boost the stats on "hate incidents" he's reporting on? I don't know. And neither do you. I suppose it depends how much you trust him to be genuinely neutral about whether 'hate' was intended.
./ What we do know is he directly blamed the protests for the doubling of hate incidents when he spoke to ITV suggesting a causal link. itv.com/news/central/2…
./ And here's him and an Inspector from the West Midlands Police hosting an open meeting for the LGBTQ+ community on the very subject of the lessons and the protests. midlandszone.co.uk/news/have-your…
./ Why does it matter that this cop clearly isn't neutral and neither is his "allied" force that supplies stats on hate incidents that are then used to denigrate protests? It matters because 'No Outsiders' is not what it's billed as either. It's not some heartwarming liberal..
./ ..exercise. It's a concerted well-planned attempt by academics and activists to turn the weird ideas of Queer Theory into reality. In primary schools. This 'No Outsiders' paper tells how hard it is to shake fixed ideas about sexuality in 8 year olds. discovery.ucl.ac.uk/id/eprint/1000…
./ This isn't letting kids know gay peeps exist....it's a determined attempt to challenge their assumptions and wear them down. This next paper relates how 'No Outsiders' was developed out of Queer Theory....
./ Citing all the usual suspects (Butler, Halberstam and the odd paedo defender here and there). To these people there are no fixed genders. Nor fixed sexualities. academia.edu/1029463/Interr…
/ We're all just trans in the making and gender dysmorphia is to be welcomed not feared or regretted. So should we be sceptical about the ludicrous rise in 'attacks' and 'hate incident' stats head teachers are now citing or the way the West Midlands police so "carefully"..
./ collects them? Only if you're sceptical about the trans+ suicide stats that grow on every telling. Or the stats for young LGBTQ+ self harming or indeed any of the other shroud-waving stats a movement that's lost touch with reality churns out. Having found everyday ....
./..language so inadequate they had to invent new ridiculous words ('cis'? )the entitled (and often subsidised) 'woke' gender ideology movement and their spokespeople are now making up new numbers.
./ And of course maybe there are other reasons for the increase in incidents .Here's West Midlands cops worrying about 100% increases in all hate crime in their area over last 5 years. Maybe those protesters at Parkfield drove that too? birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-…
./ But no. In this article cops point out bleeding obvious: that they have (quite rightly) been encouraging people to report hate crime. Or as they say "it's not possible to be certain how much of the increase is due to people being more willing to report hate crimes, and...
./ ...police forces have worked hard to ensure victims feel confident about coming forward." Like that open LGBGTQ+ meeting they co-hosted about the protests where they encouraged the reporting of hate crime perhaps?
./ At least we can expect (can't we?) that their figures are more reliable than Stonewall's endlessly quoted stats on "the epidemic of hate crime". In this report Yougov elided hate crime and hate "incidents" into one figure stonewall.org.uk/system/files/l…
./ But there was no evidence for either crimes or incidents other than claims by people who filled in a questionnaire that was circulated among "community groups" (ie activist mates). These questionnaires can include those handed out at Pride events.
./ Yes that's right -questionnaires quickly filled in at an event famous for its careful, considered approach to statistical analysis. So are Stonewall's boo hoo figures believable? Spool to the bottom of this absurd report to see the Methodology. Not only are ...err...2% of..
./ ..respondents straight (yep), 8% described themselves as gender fluid or 'genderqueer' and 9% described their sexuality not as L, G or B but as "pansexual". 4% weren't actually sure if they were trans or just questioning. I don't mean to be rude but if...
./ ...you can't make up your mind what your identity is how do you know for sure if a hate incident is because of your identity? Could some of the hate incidents be gay people at Pride shouting at some of these people to make their minds up? We'll never know. The tragedy ...
./ ..is that hate crime is real and can destroy lives. I've no idea if it's growing or not. I suspect not. But I'd like to know. I just can't trust woke cops desperate to suck up to Stonewall to tell the truth. That's a shame because one day..
./...we may want the public to pay attention to an actual increase in hate crime. Let's hope by then that this same public hasn't grown tired -or jaundiced by shrieking, bullying gender nonsense- of the little pansexual, gender fluid boy with the rainbow lanyard ...crying wolf.
