Well, this is VERY interesting!

2 people on Storage Wars bought the contents of a storage locker in California & found military intelligence equipment in it that's used for espionage. They reported it, the equipment was seized & now they're suing Boeing.

After they bought the storage contents, they inspected several "hard, black cases that appeared to be electronic equipment."

Then they realized it was military equipment and the company name on it was a subsidiary of Boeing.

They lawyered up and then reported it to Boeing.
Apparently, Boeing must have contacted the Feds, because after that, the Feds came a knockin' to seize the equipment.

The Storage Wars duo is suing Boeing to try to recoup the $6,900 they paid for the contents at auction. Not sure how that'll actually work out.
The company listed on the equipment was Digital Receiver Technology, who makes things like wireless transmitters & receivers for US intelligence to collect SIGINT & threats. DRT was acquired by Boeing in 2008.

After the duo reported the findings to Boeing using their lawyer, their lawyer was contacted by a US Attorney and law enforcement (my guess is FBI) who said the duo had property that was "potentially a part of an espionage attack." US Atty said the property was part of a fraud.
The duo's lawyer negotiated for legal transfer of the items back to the government. Then the article states how Homeland Security & other agents arrived at their home appearing menacing, etc. But yeah, that'll happen if you have espionage equipment in your possession.
The duo's lawyer claimed that HSI told them that the property was part of an "ongoing criminal case in Maryland." 🧐

There's no source link, but the article provided screenshots of a criminal case in Maryland where a military domain and DRT were mentioned.
Looks like someone pretended to be affiliated with the Navy by creating a .mil email address, then claimed to DRT that he was a contractor for the US Navy .
