What I'm hearing from some is they have no plans to get rid of old LV but no plans to buy new LV either. LV & other LVMH brands are currently on the #GrabYourWallet boycott list. The ask of the co. is to apologize for photo op w/ Trumps & commit to refrain from future collabs.
That biz leaders like Bernard Arnault can still feel 100% comfortable doing photo ops with men like Donald Trump is a testament to just how normalized sexual misconduct still is in the the business world. '26 new allegations of unwanted sexual misconduct? NBD. Call the caterers!'

Kevin McCarthy's mention of the ballot box makes sense to me. He, like Trump, is more focused political victory for his party than the well being of this nation. Those who defend the corrupt spread the rot.
We should remember the names of those who defended a man who is so openly, nakedly corrupt that he solicits foreign interference in our elections in public. They need to be shown the door too.
The general Republican focus on process today makes a lot of sense too. They know they can't defend the president on his actions because his actions are glaringly corrupt.

@lyft Anything short of @Lyft providing visibility into # of "unpairs" it takes for THEM to unpair from a driver won't cut it. Also want to know why Alison Turkos' driver wasn't immed. suspended & investigated. More details, more transparency or only thing i'll be Lyfting is a finger.

Americans are once again allowing the Republican and Democrat party divide us over race, when in fact race is not the issue! Please look at the foreign policies these woman support, and the policies they do not support! This is not about race & we must address the real issues!

A) I have a story to tell and it's related to the whole Les Moonves situation. Normally, I hate when women are blamed for their husband's misconduct...it happens all the time. And after the first allegations against Leslie were revealed, I hoped his wife wouldn't face blowback.
B) Julie Chen has always been nice to me and I had no reason to believe that she knew about her husband assaulting women before they got married. So I reached out to her and told her I would love to come on her show and I didn't need to make it about her husband/CBS
C) She never got back to me...but I figured she was just swamped with the scandal and didn't think anything of it. Then, several days ago I learned of how Julie has treated people from folks that I know personally.
