The Dems can impeach Trump for jaywalking if they want. There is absolutely nothing that can stop them, if they want to impeach the President. The time to stop this was early last November before the mid term elections.

Since Jan of 2019 Pelosi has had the votes to impeach.
If the Dems really want to impeach the President, they will. There is absolutely nothing anyone can do to stop it. This isn't caused by some super smart lawyers, a superhero SC or a secret whistleblower. It's caused because the Dems won the majority of the house in 2018.
All the theater over the last 10 months has been nothing but an attempt by the Dems to lower the political price they will pay for impeaching the POTUS.

How do you know the Impeachment attempt is failing?

They keep pushing the time line back....

Pelosi and company planned a quick impeachment. Whistleblower...some supporting fake evidence...a feeding frenzy in the press.... and then a quick vote.
When this fiasco started the timeline was suppose to be for mid October...then Trump released the transcript and blew that timeline to hell....Pelosi had to change plans....hence the secret behind closed door "hearings" to drum up support.
But that only works for a fast Impeachment. The longer it draws out the more people see the attempted lynching.

When trying to form a mob and get mob justice speed is essential to the process.

The longer the timeframe the more opportunity for "cooler heads" to prevail.

1) As most of you know, IS has not yet commented on the reports, and today its official media on the messaging app Telegram has put out business-as-usual claims about IS attacks in Iraq and Syria
2) While the group typically doesn’t rush to confirm or deny such killings, it’s worth recalling that IS had uncharacteristically confirmed the death of its ex spokesman al-Adnani on the same day he was reported to have been killed, on 30 Aug 2016, in a US strike in Syria

Confirmed: US Delta Force Spec. Ops. forces raided Barisha village in N. Idlib Syria, just by the border with Turkey in a kill or capture raid targeting #ISIS Caliph.
#ISIS leader Al Baghdadi detonated an explosive belt he had on him and killed in the blast two of his wives.
U.S JSOC sources confirms Al-Baghdadi convoy was chased by 8 modified Blackhawk Choppers. Vehicles in the convoy were immobilized & Delta teams in 3 choppers landed & assaulted the vehicles.
This was after airstrikes by U.S F15E Jets on the terror compound in Barisha
Notorious #ISIS Commander Said Abu al-Iraqi also died in the massive air bombardments by USAF planes and Drones on the compounds.
We await the official list of killed terrorists of both #ISIS & the al-Qaeda affiliate which welcomed Al-Baghdadi family.

In July, a @UN report warned senior ISIS leaders "are among those who have made their way to the #Idlib area..."
@UN Abu Bakr al #Baghdadi most recent messages: a video from April 29 & an audio message from September 16

But for someone like Baghdadi sending out messages always comes with a risk...
After the release of the audio in September, BrigGen Len Anderson, deputy commander of JTF-Ares, told VOA:
"The more videos that come out gives us, quite honestly, another opportunity to assess, to see what #ISIS leadership is thinking & maybe gather some intelligence from that"

1)Breaking: Reports that #ISIS leader #Baghdadi killed in a #US op in #Idlib, #Syria. No official confirmation yet. ISIS silent on the matter thus far. Tho various reports in the past claimed his death, this claim def carries more weight.
2) If confirmed, Baghdadi’s death is a huge blow to #ISIS & its intern network. However, based on group's history (death of Zarqawi & other leaders), ISIS has illustrated its operational resiliency, and will def capitalize on Baghdadi’s death for recruitment & calls for attacks
3) Tho #Idlib would not be first guess as to his whereabouts, it’s not surprising at all. #Syria was #ISIS' stronghold in the country, and it’s leadership still holds prominence in region. Idlib is still a hub of various jihadi groups including #AQ affiliates.
