THREAD.

Uhhh... some questions for basically every single GOP MOC delivering the same talking points:

1. If the impeachment inquiry is being done inappropriately, why hasn't anyone cited the law or regulation that is being violated?
2. If we're just talking about precedent, is it weird to suddenly pick this one to be concerned with after a decade of smashing them? Should we ask Merrick Garland about it?
3. When during the preliminary investigations that led to Bill Clinton's impeachment was he given the opportunity to defend himself under due process?
4. Was the 3rd Republican investigation into Hillary Clinton fair? How about the 5th? The 7th? The 11th? The one last week?
5. Why do y'all keep pretending that investigations aren't routinely conducted privately in order to prevent witnesses from coordinating their testimonies?
6. What justice is served by simultaneously condemning leaks of relevant documents and statements, and demanding the leak of the name of the whistleblower?
7. There have been hundreds of allegations of Democrats leaking information to the press. Is this leaked information classified? Is it illegal for that information to be made public? Do you have proof that Democrats are responsible for these leaks?
8. If the Inspector General deemed the whistleblower report to be "urgent and credible," and supported that determination in sworn testimony to congress, why is it relevant who the whistleblower is?
9. Why do you continue using the term "transcript" in reference to a document that explicitly states it is not a transcript?
10. Why are GOP MOC's pretending to be excluded from meetings and depositions that they are absolutely entitled to attend, but refuse?
11. Who or what is the deep state? They are the target of a lot of accusations. Are they funded? Can you name them? Is there an investigation into it? Is there a grand jury? Is there like a chart or something? Do the have a headquarters? Who's running it? What are their goals?
12. If they have the resources and influence to secretly run the whole country, why couldn't they just have won the election?
13. How long do y'all think you can keep this charade going?
