@librarycongress 308 books from the Sultan Hamid II Collection had been microfilmed for preservation. Catalog cards were microfilmed with them- only source for metadata. #MELALibs2019
@librarycongress Collaboration! A similar collection was given to @NYULibraries and cataloged by MELA hero Guy Burak. Descriptive metadata was matched to LC holdings.
