This is a 9 year track record of sheer NHS vandalism.

If the Tories "love" the NHS, how can they explain that?

“Escalating & documenting concerns” - @gmcuk advice for dealing with unsafe, understaffed, crisis conditions - applies to CEOs as much as FY1s. If medicine’s leaders do not speak out - loud & clear - on impossibly overstretched conditions - what message does that send juniors?
Politicians may seek to bury bad headlines. But we in the NHS - doctors, nurses, managers, CEOs, medical directors - are there for our patients. Speaking out *has* to come from the top down. Really leadership means setting an example to frontline staff. Public candour. Please.

#Thread As part of public sector transformation, today we signed consultancy engagements with E & Y for a review of the public sector compensation. This will include development of pay-for-performance compensation, a concept that has been agreed to by Permanent Secretaries.
The review will also seek to establish an internally consistent and internally equitable compensation system based on a unified job evaluation tool. It will seek to simplify, streamline public sector compensation and make it more transparent.
This is a huge task that we could not undertake without the time and space permitted by the 4 year agreement with public sector unions.

A Boris Johnson government would be the most right wing government in our history, far surpassing Thatcher’s governments. His cabinet is full of libertarians and Conservative nationalists. The idea that they are One Nation Tories is nonsense and laughable
The underlying ideology of Johnson and his ERG colleagues is fundamentally Thatcherite in nature. They believe in deregulated free market economics, low taxes, a small state, and erosion of workers rights. All this will be facilitated by a hard #Brexit or no deal Brexit

#JNU #sexualharassment #MeToo: In that case, here's what the POSH Act states. Malicious intent has not been proven. And the mere inability to prove the case doe NOT merit punishment as harsh as being recommended by JNU ICC.
So what are the punishment suggested? For starters she's being treated like a common criminal. Please remember this is a student we are talking about.

Those accusing our organisations of sending female reporters to gain trp, you should know this. When we give them the slightest hint that things are not okay, first thing they tell us is "waha se niklo fataafat (leave from there immediately).
Saw a tweet that said only national channel reporters were attacked. Not Malayalam channels (later they were also targetted), because the latter have common sense. Yes, they do. Because they know you well? For those outside, Kerala is/was god's own country full of literates. Hmm.
Most reporters covering south for national channels are women. Same with @thenewsminute . All 6 reporters covering 5 south Indian states for @CNNnews18 are women. When additional reporters are required during a major news event, reporters from the nearest bureau are sent.
