Our clients have been assaulted, raped, robbed and kidnapped. The criminals have found refugees returned to Mexico to be easy marks. Dumped as a group at the bridge on the Mexican side, with nowhere to go, they are helpless and easy pickings.

The tent courthouses feel look like family court. Childless adult refugees are assets for the regime's mass-incarcerators & are jailed. Children with a single parent are liabilities, as the children cannot be so easily incarcerated. They are placed in MPP and returned to Mexico.
Our MPP clients are almost exclusively single women with children - the most vulnerable of migrants. We will not leave them to their own devices in a landscape riddled with criminality. We must raise & provide them with the funding to keep themselves & their children safe.
We've found safe rental homes for our families in Monterrey, as well as drivers to ferry them about as necessary while we litigate their cases. We desperately need the funding to help them pay for rent, food, transportation, and personal care. Please #DontLookAway
MPP picks on young families with children. One of my cases involves a mother and 2 children traveling with their grandmother. Single mother and children were returned to Mexico. Grandmother is interned as an asset to GEO Group at a facility in Texas.
Another example. Parents and 3 children pled for asylum. Mother and 3 children returned to Mexico, while the father was allowed entry - to a Core Civic profiteering facility.
MPP is but a continuation of the regime's war on refugee families by separating them at the border. Having had their fingers burned in doing so openly last summer, the regime has devised programs to continue the family separations under the table. MPP is such a program.
MPP is a racket engineered straight from the WH designed to keep the profiteers running the largest detention system in the world well stocked with refugee bodies, while returning single parents and children to the dangers of Mexican border towns.
