I decided to read sell-side analyst reports at 3AM to distract me from kidney stone pain that woke me up last night. These reports can be helpful in summarizing what has already happened. Adopting some of the recommendations in the reports would cause more pain than my stone.
Forecasts (AKA guesses) in analyst reports can be a good source of humor though. For example,

"Sixteen of the world’s 500 billionaires have space investments, which could grow from a US$360bn market today, to potentially as big as US$2.7tn by 2045E (source: ULA)."
"While only 560+ people have ever been to space vs. a 7bn+ global population, government spending on space is expected to reach $79bn by 2025 vs $62bn in 2016 and the space market involving nanosatellites, space tourism etc could reach nearly $1tn by 2030 (source: OECD, ULA)."

The initial project, option & prospect of #Brexit came with huge opportunity costs, which were too easily pre-discounted as #ProjectFear. 1/
The initial #Leave case, dramatised by the #BorisBus, contended that UK could save its £350m pw #EU 'gross membership contribution' and pass that 'saving' straight to the #NHS - as 'additional funding'. 2/
The #Leave case focused on saving UK's #EU gross membership cost in favour of #NHS.

It ignored regular #EU annual contributions back into a multiplicity of UK projects, which would obviously be stopped, if we ceased membership.

The post was easy to write. Then it hit me two weeks later that I was yet to carry out a single interview. I panicked. I hate making promises I don't keep. Worse still, I detest being dishonest to myself. I am the last person I want to lie to... so I sent out the first requests.
The first person to formally accept to be interviewed was Amos Wekesa, the man behind Great Lakes Safaris. His story from zero to high impact in tourism awed me. That first interview pushed me to the next.

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
