I feel like narrating an incident that will melt any ones heart.

Every evening from 6pm to 8 30 pm I will be announcing from my jeep about the Ayushman Bharat camp and invite people to bring their old ration card and get their Rs 5 lakh free health insurance

So my mobile will be in silent mode, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm , today I found 15 missed calls from a number during that time, I stopped my announcement and called that number immediately. A young lady around 20 years received the call and thanked me for calling back

She : sir I heard you are giving Modi's health insurance card, iam in an emergency , can you help me

Me : kindly tell me how I can be of help to you

She : Sir my mother is in a serious condition, she has developed gangrene in her legs,Dr say both her legs should be amputated

She : to save her life we gave to do it immediately, Dr say it will cost over a lakh , my mother is the only bread earner in our family, I dont know what to do.
Me : do you have your old ration card with you
She : give me 15 minutes sir, I will go home and call you

After 20 minutes
She : this is the number sir
Me : kindly tell your number to our team member @Sathish33448584 , he checked the Govt records and found her policy, he mailed it to her
She : Sir thank you, what do I do with this policy
Me : give it to the insurance dealer

After some time I called the insurance department of the hospital, he agreed the surgery is covered, and he told her that the entire package is free.

She was all tears
